Graduating from ITU with a degree in Geophysical Engineering in 2004, Özlem Kurtuluş began her career as an engineer at the Kandilli Observatory and Earthquake Research Institute. In addition to her managerial experience in global companies, she has been providing consultancy for many years in occupational safety, disaster management, and business continuity. She has been working as Disaster Manager at Eczacibaşı Holding. She is also a co-founder of Redi, a technology venture offering solutions in disaster, ESG, climate, and risk.
