Fatıma Tekin, a graduate of Istanbul Technical University with a degree in Climate Science and Meteorological Engineering, began her career as an ArcGIS Data Analyst before joining Anadolu Insurance as a Risk Engineer and Project Manager.
In 2022, she took on responsibility for Corporate Risk and Insurance Management at Çimsa and currently leads Global Risk, Compliance, and Business Continuity Management across OYAK Cement and Cimpor’s operations in Türkiye, Portugal, Romania, and Africa. She holds the internationally accredited Certified Risk Manager (RIMAP) designation, awarded by the Federation of European Risk Management Associations (FERMA).
As of 2025, she serves as an Alternate Board Member of the Turkish Enterprise Risk Management Association (KRYD).
