CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERIENCE
Cem Öztürk has 22 years of professional experience, 15 of which are in risk management and insurance. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Enterprise Risk Management Association of Türkiye (ERMA Türkiye) for over 5 years. He has held the position of Board Treasurer and Legal Representative since 2025.
His areas of expertise include Enterprise Risk Management, Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG), Climate Change, Business Continuity and Crisis Management, Modelling, Cyber Risk Management, Property Risk Consulting, Product and Supply Chain Risk Solutions, and Insurance Advisory.
Öztürk joined Lockton Omni in 2025 and currently serves as Senior Executive responsible for Risk Management and Corporate Clients. Before this, he worked at Marsh McLennan for 14 years, where he was a member of the management team, most recently serving as Asisstant General Manager responsible for risk advisory services. Earlier in his career, he worked on earthquake-retrofitting projects for prominent cultural structures in Istanbul, funded by national and international sources.
He has extensive experience across a wide range of sectors, including international companies and holdings, construction and infrastructure, energy, oil and gas, steel, heavy industry, automotive, white goods, glass, cement, textiles, and retail.
